The software will place the information and selections you enter into Florida Notice of Related Cases — Form 12.900(h). It may apply clerical formatting needed to fit configured PDF fields. It does not decide which form you should use, tell you what to enter, or determine whether the document is complete, accurate, legally sufficient, timely, or suitable for your circumstances.
