What does Sun State Legal Forms do?
It provides self-service software that places entries you supply into the specific document you selected. It does not choose forms, supply entries, provide legal review, or give legal advice.
How do I know which form to use?
Sun State cannot answer that question. Use a Florida court self-help center, the relevant government agency, or a licensed Florida attorney. Begin only after choosing a specific document yourself.
Are government blank forms free?
When a government agency publishes a blank PDF online, the product page links to that free source. For other templates, the page identifies the public legal or government source used to configure the tool. The charge is a one-time fee for using the form-filling service and receiving the completed PDF.
Does the software check my entries?
Checks are technical only, such as format, character limits, PDF field placement, and successful generation. They do not determine whether an entry is legally correct, complete, timely, or appropriate.
What happens after I enter my information?
You review every displayed entry, provide a delivery email, accept the purchase terms, and continue to Stripe for a one-time payment. The software generates the PDF only after the server confirms payment.
Will I be charged every month?
No. There are no subscriptions or automatic renewals.
How do I receive the PDF?
A download button appears after verified payment, and an order-specific seven-day download link is sent by email. Do not forward that link.
Does the site sign, notarize, file, or serve my document?
No. Read the source document’s exact instructions. You are responsible for reviewing, signing, witnessing, notarizing, serving, mailing, filing, recording, fees, and applicable deadlines.
Does Sun State offer family-law forms?
Yes. Sun State offers self-service tools for the Simplified Marital Settlement Agreement, Form 12.902(f)(3), and the Family Law Financial Affidavit (Short Form), Form 12.902(b), including a $55 bundle containing both. The tools use official Florida Courts PDFs. You must select the exact form yourself; Sun State does not determine whether a family-law form applies to you or provide legal advice.
